Project Management

Career opportunities
On completing the diploma specialisation Project Management, the graduate is prepared to work on teams implementing IT projects; possesses extensive yet detailed knowledge of organization and execution of projects as well as management norms and standards. S/he also has knowledge in the area of software engineering and the processes of software development and maintenance. The graduate of this specialisation also has the ability to understand and model business processes, along with their documentation and optimization. The graduate can find employment in organizations conducting any projects, in particular IT ones, both on the part of the supplier and the ordering party; in software development and IT infrastructure maintenance departments and in IT consulting companies.

E-commerce

Career opportunities
The graduate of the diploma specialisation E-commerce possesses both technical and business knowledge and skills in the field of design, implementation and service of online sale systems. S/he can find employment in e-commerce departments, in companies trading via the Internet and electronic tools, in companies involved in the design and implementation of e-commerce solutions, in positions such as: e-commerce specialist, e-commerce analyst, e-commerce project coordinator, internet marketing specialist, administrator of online sale support platforms.

Business Process Analysis

The graduate of the diploma specialisation Business Process Analysis is able to analyse the determinants of business process implementation as well as designing and verifying its upgrades and optimization. S/he possesses technical knowledge relating to the organization and modelling of business processes, familiarity with aspects of Business Intelligence and the ability to apply this knowledge in practice. S/he is prepared to work in consulting companies, in positions such as: business analyst (especially in companies implementing IT projects in enterprises), requirement engineer on IT projects, process/product engineer, process organizer, quality engineer.

IT System Implementation

The graduate of the diploma specialisation IT system implementation possesses knowledge and competences in the area of IT project implementation, including the conduct of pre-implementation analyses and the selection of solutions which are optimal for a given company. Can find employment in companies commissioning IT solutions (on the client side) or delivering the software and IT infrastructure (on the provider side), in positions such as ERP sale and implementation specialist, SAP implementation consultant, IT implementation and support consultant, ERP business analyst.
