Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJAIT) – a leader in education in Poland invites all willing for Polish language courses in the capital of Poland – Warsaw. Our courses have carefully prepared programmes and are led by native speakers in a friendly atmosphere!

 

Currently, we offer the following courses:

• intensive courses (150 hours, 29.07–30.08.2019 or 270 hours, 29.07–29.09.2019)

• short courses (60 hours in September)

• compensatory (first and second semester)

 

Intensive courses

Language:
Polish

Duration:
5 or 9 weeks, classes led by a native speaker.
The classes take place from Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day. One group is planned to be created, the number of students in a group is 12.

Prices of the courses:
5 weeks (150 hours) – 480 EUR
9 weeks (270 hours) – 680 EUR
The price also includes a textbook and two trips around Warsaw or its surroundings. In order to participate in the course, one should register for it earlier.

What will you be learning?
The course is intended for students/senior year high-school students who know Polish on B1 level. During classes, the participants learn grammar, practice speaking and writing. After finishing the course there will be a test measuring the actual knowledge of the Polish language. This course will be useful for the students who are planning to study in Polish and also for those who wish to know Polish on a level allowing them to live and study in Poland without language barriers.

What do classes look like?
The classes take place daily for 6 hours in small groups (12 people) in the main building of PJAIT in Warsaw. The classes are led by a native speaker. Except for the classes, the participants will also receive textbooks and may participate in two trips around Warsaw or its surroundings.

The students will be assigned to groups depending on their level of the Polish language.

Short language courses

Languages:
Polish and English.

Duration:
4 weeks, classes led by a native speaker.
The classes take place from Monday to Friday. The course is free for the newly accepted students of PJAIT. For all the other participants the course costs 600 PLN.
In order to participate in the course, one should register for it earlier.

What will you be learning?
Depending on the number of participants and their language level there will be several groups. During the course, the participants learn grammar, practice speaking and writing. After finishing the course there will be a test in order to measure the actual knowledge of the Polish/English language.

What do classes look like?
The classes take place daily for 3-4 hours in small groups (15-20 people) in the main building of PJAIT in Warsaw. The classes are led by a native speaker. Except for the classes, the students may participate in a trip around Warsaw’s Old Town and its surroundings.

Compensatory course

Within the first semester of studying, PJAIT organizes a bridging course of Polish language for students from abroad. The classes take place two times a week (1,5 hour – two academic hours). The course is free for the newly accepted students of PJAIT.

Registration for the course opens at the beginning of the first semester of the academic year.
The courses are organised by the Department of Foreign Language Studies.
