Please find attached the Annex of 9 June 2020 Concerning the rules for conducting remote diploma examinations to the Order of the Rector of Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology of 20 May 2020.
The procedure of preparing for the thesis defense and diploma examination is described in the annex to this document.
Pursuant to Article 51b of the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Research, student identity cards and service cards for academic staff shall be valid without the need to confirm their validity during the period of suspension or restriction of the operation of a higher education institution and for 60 days after its termination. This provision shall also apply to identity cards which have expired within 30 days preceding the restriction or suspension of the operation of a higher education institution.
Therefore, it is not necessary to appear in person in order to extend the validity of the said identity cards.
The information has been submitted to the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Voivodes, the Marshals and banks.

With regard to the Order of the Rector of 24 April which, among other points, suspended the in-campus administrative activities we are pleased to inform you that we have launched a service of sending the diplomas with supplements and copies by mail (Polish Post). The documents will be sent by registered mail in the order the requests are received.
In order to request for the documents to be sent you should:
1. Check in gakko/course of studies (przebieg studiów) if the diploma is ready
2. Fill-in, sign and send a scan or photo of the Request to Send Documents (download here)
