In short:

Partner institutions should send their students nominations by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

PJAIT prefers to manage mobilities via the Erasmus Dashboard - an EU tool created to facilitate the application process, and to make it paperless.

1st semester (October - February) or full academic year (October - July): 30th of June
2nd semester (March - July): 30th of November.

After being nominated

After being nominated, the students should fill out an online application form and attach required documents. The link to our application form will be emailed to the nominated students, along with basic information about further steps of enrollment.

Students will be asked to attach following files via the online application form:

1. CV (.pdf)
2. Photo for Student ID card (minimum resolution of 492 x 633 pixels and a maximum size of up to 2.5 MB)
3. Art/Design Students: PORTFOLIO (a PDF or a link to an online portfolio site).

PJAIT organizes yearly orientation day for all new students. Presentations are delivered in Polish, Russian and English. The English version consists of specific info for the Erasmus students.
