Due to the increase in the number of COVID-19 infections, the system for borrowing library resources changes from 19 October until further notice.

The Library will be open:
Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month)

1. For the duration of their visit to the library, the Readers are required to wear masks and disinfect their hands.
2. Each visit to the library shall be reported at least 24 hours in advance. To this end, book a specific time of visit to the library by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or telephone: 22 58 44 533. Sending a message and specifying the pick-up time is not tantamount to booking a visit to the library. The librarians will be making bookings on an ongoing basis by sending a confirmation of the visit to the library.
3. Books can be ordered by sending an email to the following address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following data:
   Message title: Message title: Order
   Book title / reference number
   Name and surname of the borrower
   Student number (so-called “S”)
   Proposed pick-up time
4. The fulfilled order should be picked up within 5 business days
5. In order to activate their accounts, first-year students are requested to contact us by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
6. Ongoing reader service is suspended.
7. The free access zone and reading room are excluded from use.
8. Library returns are carried out on an ongoing basis — the BOX next to the entrance to the library.
