On November 14th, His Excellency Shigeo Matsutomi, Ambassador of Japan to Poland, awarded Prof. Mitsuhiko Toho, Vice-Dean of the Department of Culture of Japan, long-standing lecturer of PJAIT, with the honour of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan.
Every year, individuals with outstanding achievements in promoting friendship between Japan and other countries receive a diploma of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan as a recognition of their contribution.
In 2017, only 2 Polish residents were given this prestigious award.
